Simply I have walked in. Ask if they accept walk ins. Was greeted with pleasure and kindness.I was told to sit down and wait, shortly after I received my haircut. I have been here a couple of times for my kids. Both are autistic and haircuts can cause a lot of anxiety. Ghazwan is very good with both of them, very patient and gentle. Today, one of my kid’s got his haircut from Mick, and he was very patient too with my son’s anxiety. Both my kids always get very stylish cuts too and always look great! We live in a different city but are willing to drive down for such great service and haircuts!

Excellent service overall. My go to place for the past year. Ghazwan, the owner is quite friendly and welcoming. Bilal is an exceptional hair stylist who takes pride in his workmanship, with extreme attention to detail and provides suggestions of his own. Pricing is a little towards the high end but is justifiable by the quality of service provided.

Skill: I have gone to Ghazwan twice now. The first time, the result was excellent but I forgot to get pictures taken so I waited to post. His skill with a straight razor is very good, he shaped my beard and mustache absolutely perfectly. My haircut, a 1.0 fade to a blended scissor cut was done meticulously and it looked awesome. I also had a wash and style done...my hair never looks as good when I style it myself. The second time was no different. I went in to get my face redone, lines re-squared and top re-blended. I could not be happier with the results.

Service: The staff are friendly, talkative, but not incessantly so. They're open late, ask how you like to cut through-out the process, remember details about how preferences(after one visit for me), make recommendations for styling and products(not pushy), there's a very professional but friendly vibes about the staff.

Shop itself: The Appleby location almost has a spa/barbershop hybrid appeal to it. It's tidy, modern, has music playing at a soft volume level, aesthetic LED lighting(non-strobing) and a massive amount of parking available. The Lakeshore location is not quite as aesthetically pleasing as the Appleby location, but it is also clean, modern and has a good amount of parking available. This is just my taste preference, the shop is nice...but I like the Appleby location more.

I visited this location last week and had my haircut done by Bilal. He did it very professionally and honestly saying, it was my best cut in the last 5 years. I have been jumping around from one place to another to search for a person who does the cut in a perfect manner and Bilal is the guy. The beard was also done in a superb way. I highly recommend visiting this place and specially going to Bilal for the cut. Take his recommendations into consideration too as I look good with what he suggested!
